Finding Ethical fashion shop’s in Norwich

I have just moved from a little village to a city and so far loving it!!

I’ve moved to Norwich which is quite a small city in comparison to places like – London, Manchester etc etc. Norwich is easy to get around and so I’ve taken on the challenge of finding out where sells either Organic, Fairtrade or Ethical clothes, accessories, food or them all!!

I have found some obvious shop thats are all about fairtrade and organic. Firstly my local green grocers is a ‘GREEN’ grocers!! The shop’s name is so simple it’s great. They have a website so check them out – www.greengrocers.co.uk

The next shop I’ve found is called All’s Fair. All’s Fair is in the city centre down a little cobbled street. It sells fairtrade food, gifts and accessories. They have a picture gallery on there website of the stock they sell – www.alls-fair.co.uk

I also happened to be walking past another little shop and noticed a Tara Starlet top so I popped in and they had a wide range of her clothes. The shop is called Daisy and Lola, the shop is vintage style inspired and all the brands they stock have this feel about the clothes they make. If you like vintage style clothes check out their website – www.daisyandlolas.bigcartel.com

My search will continue the more I explore!!!

Love shopping locally for ethical products. I often can’t find what I need locally so have to shop online. Norwich looks like a great place to live.

Hi! I’m am based in Norfolk and make upcycled underwear to order. I used to go to the School of Art in Norwich but then went to work in the Lingerie industry for 8 years. Turning my back on it’s unethical ways I now work for ethical projects and Emiliana Underwear is my latest project which I work on from home. http://www.emilianaunderwear.wordpress.com

Keep up the ethical search in Norwich! x x

I used to live in Norwich. It has some lovely shops, have you tried Purple in the Royal Arcade? They sell fair trade clothing, gifts and jewellery and cards made by a local artist. I think they have a bigger shop next to the Green Grocers as well. Norwich is a fair trade city so there’s lots of good things :) Look out for clutter city at the arts centre, well worth a visit.
