Livia has set herself an amazing challenge for the awards season. She is currently the creative director of Eco an ethical  and sustainable boutique on Chiswick High Road in London, so being ‘green’ is something she is already associated with.

Her challange is to dress only in ethical fashion clothes for all her trips to the red carpet.

I’ve had a little search and here are a few possibilities I would choice if i was the lucky one on the red carpet!

Here I have picked a dress made by Minna – it’s made from Scottish lace and fair trade silk dress, the shoes are made by beyond skin, both the necklace and earrings are made by Fifi Bijoux and the tights (always good in the cold weather) are made by Sternlein.  However if I was feeling a little daring I would lose the tights and have lovely red lips to match the red strap in the shoes.

I found that there are more designers out there that are creating ethical dresses for example – eco gowns by Leila Hafzi. The dress is a beautiful creation and would look fabulous on the red carpet.
